I offer packages that are tailored to the needs of the business or individual. The most common packages are shown below, though if someone has a discrete issue a couple of sessions can be optimal. Please contact Andrew if you would like to tailor the packages to your needs.

All costs are exclusive of travel.


Leader Development Programme

This programme is suitable for someone who wishes to build on their strengths to become a more effective leader. It includes a briefing with the coachee’s line manager, an initial 30-minute meeting with the coachee to check compatibility and to set the goals for the programme. The core of the programme will be 6 coaching sessions (delivered face to face or remotely) that last between 80-90 minutes. These will be spaced 3-4 weeks apart. A 360-degree feedback will be offered at the start of the session, and at the end. Andrew will be available between sessions, by email or phone, if needed for ongoing advice.


New Leader Programme

This programme is designed for individuals who are moving
into new jobs or have been recently promoted. If possible, this programme will start before, or just after, they take up the new role. It will involve 4 coaching sessions (60-90 minutes) every 2 weeks (delivered face to face or remotely). This will be followed by 4 more sessions a month apart. We will also include a psychometric profile of the individual (to be discussed depending on their situation). Andrew will be available between sessions, by email or phone, if needed for ongoing advice.

Leader Support Programme

This programme provides ongoing support for leaders and provides them with a regular coaching session. It also means that they can ask for additional sessions if issues arise that they need to discuss. This long-term coaching relationship provides leaders with a sounding board as well as helping maintain focus and ongoing drive. The frequency of meetings is agreed with Andrew but would be typically every 6 weeks. Andrew will be available between sessions, by email or phone, if needed for ongoing advice.


Psychometric Assessment

Andrew is a qualified to deliver Lumina Spark which helps people explore their preferences and how to improve their working relationships with others.
